Vetco Vaccination Clinic

I always frequent this Vetco. I have met with amazing vets and vet technicians who greet my dogs with kindness and respect. However, today was not that day. The Vet and vet technician were passive aggressive and did not seem like they enjoyed anything at all. They even talked bad about my dog to the next patient, “You’ll be better than the other dog huh” “So much better than her!” Not realizing that they were treating my other dog as well. How can you carry yourself with professionalism when you talk bad about dogs. Dogs have all different kinds of personalities and for you to shame and make fun of that makes you unprofessional, and not worthy of taking care of animals. Booked grooming appointment for small dog online, was quoted 55.00 online, confirmed price both online, and verbally with groomer. Took dog in and I was quoted a much higher price, than what was comfirmed. Desirable L told me she wasn't one who booked appointment so not able to give me the quoted price, with attitude. Poor customer service.

We book an appointment here with vetco on saturday night. We called them in advance because we needed to get our cat rabies shot within 3-4 days. They told us that there wasn't any problem. We got there on saturday and they refused to vaccine our cat because she was "aggressive". She was accting as a cat!!! We have vaccinated here many times before... they didnt give us any solution... and they were 3 vets over there.... WORST vets I have ever dealed with....

If I could give a worse rating I would. Not only did they make my cat wait an hour in a crate. They refused to give her the services requested. They were rude and uncaring once they decided they were not going to give the shot. Don’t go here. Waste of time and money.

They only come every other weekend. My puppy needs her shots much sooner. But thank you petco. Will see you on the 30!
