Visalia Country Kennel

The manager who runs the facility is a very sweet man. My dog was at ease when I came to pick him up. This place provided me with a piece of mind to enjoy my last minute travel plans. Highly affordable. If you get referred by another customer you and your friend get a free day! Can't complain with that.

I noticed the only low rating came recently from a poster talking about customer service. Let me just say that I couldn’t disagree more! I just had a surprise trip pop up last week and he made space for my boyos on a Holiday weekend! For those of you who don’t board frequently you usually have to book that months in advance to get a spot! The caretaker is a very nice man and we are super picky about where we would leave our boys! Facilities are nice with plenty of room and the dogs love it there playing with the other dogs. One of the best and only facilities in the area I would leave my dogs.

My parents and I have been taking our dogs here for a few years anytime we go out of town. The manager is such a sweet guy and you can tell he loves dogs. Is it the Hyatt for dogs? No. BUT my dogs don't need some place super fancy to stay at, as long as they are being cared for, getting attention, and in a safe and comfortable place. We will always take our dogs here as long as we are living in the area. My Golden gets so excited when we pull up to the kennel and let him out, he's like "bye mom, see ya whenever". I would 100% recommend Visalia Country Kennel!

Does anyone know what happened to the man who ran the facility?.

Dave is so helpful and accommodating. The prices are perfect (we have 3 dogs) We will be continuing to bring our pups here when we travel! Highly recommend.
