This place will get your hopes up and cancel your appointment to adopt. I specifically mentioned that my cat went missing 1 year ago, and they never once mentioned that the “policy” says I have to wait at least 2 years for my cat I’ve had for 15 years to return to me. They waited until the day before my appointment to cancel seeing a kitten that I waited weeks to see. We spoil all our adopted fur babies and they even have records of them in their system because we have always taken our animals to their vet facility. I will no longer be donating to this shelter after this experience.

They were extremely unprofessional and gave us a really hard time. Staff was inconsiderate and were extremely rude. They didn’t abide by their own rules. They said “just show up without scheduling” and whenever we showed up up at 10:30, they told us that all the dogs were asleep when the sign says the dogs go to sleep at 11:30. When we pointed that out, they said “oh well all the dogs have been walked already”. They were PURPOSELY doing the most.

By appointment only. Fill paperwork out online. Great staff. We found our little buddy here. So excited to make him part of the family. Adoption fee was $200. We have to wait a few days to bring our baby home, he is getting neutered. Overall recommend coming here. Adopt and save a life

Beautiful facility, easily found off of the highway but remote enough that it has a huge field for dogs to be walked and played with. The fees were very reasonable, the animals were extremely well cared from r, and the staff were courteous and knowledgeable. Rudy helped us out and was engaging, allowed us time to see how we meshed with (several) kittens, and facilitated in multiple ways. No bathrooms on-site, but otherwise the best SPCA I've ever been to!

Thank you Marie & the team at Valley SPCA for helping me through the process with scheduling appointments for my dogs. Pricing here appears much reasonable then my previous vet and the prices are transparent on their website. Regardless, I much rather my money go to a non-profit that helps and cares for animals in the community and provides valuable resources for pups in need!
