Great with spay and neuter... but i have been trying since nov or dec to get an appointment to spay my kitty. To no avail. They rarely answer their phone so I rely on their online booking and I cannot for the life of me get an appointment. I check daily. They only post one or two days here and there with only 7/8am appointments. Very inconvenient. Not sure if something changed but they used to have appointments available for spay alnost daily from morning to 7pm. Not anymore. I may have to spay my cat elsewhere.

I have always had great results here for my dogs, front staff as always been pleasant and smiling. Took my new rescue in for a nail trim paid $20 when I made the appt, got there an she says it’s $20 more, would have liked to know that when I made the appt (my friend was with me both times and same thing happened with her, so $40, ok, but to have him come out with jagged nails, even got one caught in the upholstery in the car. Like they were broke off!!

Super easy and convenient. Was able to book the appointment online. Dropped my puppy off, picked her up everything was great. They do it in groups so you'll have to wait til everyone arrives on pick up for a quick video. Great experience I definitely recommend!

Not the best on schedule appointment if you have a work schedule. They should mention at the start before collecting money that no late appointments after 11am for any vaccine. And hard to get a lot of and no response on email when I try to reschedule appointments. And rude over the phone.
