We decided to surprise my daughter with a fish tank as a gift since she’s so heavily invested in fish and sea life. I visited this particular Petco to take advantage of the 50% starter kit aquariums deal they were running. A young lady working in there was friendly, charming and more knowledgeable than I expected of the fish in her care. She was able to help me with two options and explained what I would need to make either one work for me. I had my daughter with me so she was also very patient and understanding with my child’s lack of patience. She is a real treasure and my positive experience with her will have me be a returning customer. Great service is hard to come by cause no one is paid enough to provide this level of excellent service. For anyone needing help with their fish/tanks,

The gals here did an outstanding job taking care of my puppy! She needed a haircut a month ago but as a otr trucker it was impossible for me to schedule anything anywhere. Everybody is booked 2 weeks out and I don't know where I'm gonna be 2 days from now. I must have called 20 groomers trying to get somebody to help me on short notice and everybody said no. I carried my shaggy baby into this store and told them my plight and they went the extra mile to fit us in! I even parked my rig in the back of the loading dock lol. Hailey did a fabulous job with the haircut and nail grind. My little Clarabelle looks and feels and smells great now! Especially in this crazy heat! She was so happy when we got back to the truck. I visited this location to purchase 2 beautiful fish for my child bday and got denied. the employee was young rude and inexperienced and also helped others customers that got there after me the fact that she did not ask the two customers that she helped before there fish tank size prove to me she was discriminating me because of my race, sex, or age. She then proceeded to share She did not feel comfortable selling me the second fish due to the lack of the size of my fish tank.. I own a 125 gallon fish tank. But yet she did not feel comfortable selling me 2 fish if I did not own a 155 fish tank. I called to complain and the store leader advised that they recommend. recommend and denying to sell is to different things. I rate the customer service here a -1 star ⭐️ due to the rudeness and bad

If I could give no stars I most definitely would. Dani the poor dog groomer needs to go back to grooming school. I don’t know what school taught her how to cut dogs hair. Clearly she wasn’t ready to be hired professionally. My pup was given a re do hair cut with uneven ear cuts. My dog came in with long hair and left looking like Dora. Never not once did we discuss a redo hair cut. Her whole hair cut is uneven and a hot mess period! She was in a rush the whole time from the start of the appointment to when she finished. She left and had someone else hand me over my dogs. What a coward. My dog won’t even go outside or isn’t as playful as she usually is. She feels her hair cut and is embarrassed. Run don’t take yr pets here at all.

Pet Smart has had such cute holiday attire for pets this year! Their selection of cat food was really good today, also. They actually had 3 check out lanes open this afternoon!
