I recently took my 2-year-old Bernese Mountain Dog, Scout, to see Dr. Alred and the team, and I could not be more impressed. Everyone was incredibly attentive, patient, and genuinely loving toward Scout. They took the time to learn about her lifestyle as a farm dog before making any recommendations and explained how they tailored everything specifically to her needs. Scout was terrified of the scale, but the staff used extra time, treats, and lots of encouragement to make her comfortable—and they made her the cutest photo-shoot sign with her details! At 135 lbs, she’s a big girl, but they handled her with such gentle care. Thank you to Dr. Alred and the entire staff for making the vet’s office a safe, positive place for her and for all the love you pour into her during every visit. Highly

Love love VIPets! We recently switched vets and this was our fist time visiting VIPets and was so impressed! The entire staff from the front desk to the techs to the Doctor was so incredibly kind and caring. So thorough and answered all questions in depth. My cat wanted to hang out in the floor instead of the table and Dr. Alred and the Tech both sat in the floor for the entire exam, shots, and everything to make him more comfortable. 🥰 they really done whatever it took to make his visit easy and comfortable! So kind and caring, I just love them and so thankful we found them!!

Dr. Alred and the VIPets Hardin staff are PHENOMENAL! We have brought all 6 of our cats to VIPets Hardin and have done everything from blood work to medication scripts and blood pressure checks and this team has been incredible with every single one of our fur babies personalities! They truly care about the quality of care for all animals and are really wonderful and timely about answering every question and concern we've had along the way. We've been there so often, we're starting to feel like part of the VIPets family 😹 Highly recommend this facility!

I came here with no appointment and a very hurt little guy... and the ENTIRE staff was amazing!! They were able to work us in, and they went above and beyond for Ozzy! I am very grateful and appreciative of everyone there, they diagnosed him and even kept him for a few hours to ensure he was okay! Amazing service, staff, vet AND prices!! Absolutely recommend!
