I visited the VIP Petcare clinic for the first time this weekend to have my cat There was great customer service from the technicians and veterinarian. I liked how they asked questions about my cat and the vaccination process was quick and easy.
Good experience.. Second time coming to this location. The only thing wrong was the timing. Online it stayed 3:30 but they didn't start until 4. So there was a couple of us just waiting around until then. (Long story short)::::My "embarrassing" moment to myself was when my dog pooped on the floor, (me not knowing and then stepped in it), she was scared of the big dogs barking and had me and some of the kind workers chasing her because she slipped out of her harness. 🤦🏽♀️ Then Vet/team were good with her.
