I appreciate all the staff in the office there always super nice and go the extra mile to work you in if necessary. If your fur babies get nervous in waiting room they will let you stay in car and come get you when the DR is ready for you. The vet assistants are always kind and caring handling my nervous baby. Dr. Webb is fabulous takes the time explaining details on Max's health with me. I never feel rushed...

The circumstances of our visit were terrible, but Dr. Beverly and the rest of the team were so kind and caring throughout the entire process of realizing our sweet pup needed to be euthanized. I so appreciate how calm and matter of fact they were while also being extremely empathetic with us. We just received this beautiful card in the mail with our sweet boy’s paw and nose print and I can’t describe how grateful we are to have this..thank you griffin animal care for walking with us through one of the most difficult decisions we’ve ever had to make.

Highly Recommend Griffin Animal Care! I absolutely love Griffin Animal Care, they are so much better than the other vet I previously went to. My poor baby was traumatized before… he used to get sick and vomit every time he rode in the car, and even after shots he would feel awful. They were gentle, patient, and treated my baby with so much love and compassion. New area new patient and they were able to see me right away even though they don't normally do walk ins. Got my pup xrays and medicine for unknown gastro issue. The vet tech was absolutely awesome, coming out to help me clean up my back seat. Highly recommend.

Before I booked an appointment for my new 4.5 month old miniature poodle, I visited the facility first. The staff was extremely friendly, answered all our questions, and even took us on a tour of the facility. Everything was clean and odor free. I scheduled an appointment two days later with Dr Bliss. Dr. Bliss is friendly and outgoing. She did a thorough new puppy examination Sir Charles, answered my questions, checked his vaccination record and reassured me that he was in great health. As a new patient, we were given $25 off our bill. I highly recommend Griffin Animal Care for your fur-babies.
