Grooming Absolutely ridiculous and overcharging for services that shouldn’t be charged for ! Appointment time was 10am - my dog was in their cage for 5 hours before they even started on her. Then they uncharged men$20 “ to even out her coat “ … I scheduled a hair trim, wash and style. $96 later and my dog came back not bathed, ears had to be corrected and hungry. Nails aren’t trimmed down and the “ promised “ bow / bandana is missing too. Never again

Works are always friendly and smiling. All of the cashier's are cute to. This is the only Pet store I will ever go to!
