We love Memorial Drive Vet clinic! My family has been coming here for over 20 years and their customer service is always top-notch! The care they provide for our animals is unmatched, and they truly care about their patients. Appointments are always handled in a timely manner, and when we’ve needed quick response in the case of sicknesses and emergencies, we’ve never had an issue being seen immediately. Thank you doctors and staff at Memorial Drive for loving our pets like your own!

Dr. Busbin (and everyone at Memorial Drive Veterinary Clinic) has done a wonderful job caring for Odie during his illness. They exhibit exceptional knowledge and compassion at all times. Highly recommend.

I've been going to this clinic for a very long time, so let's get one thing out of the way. The majority of the people that work here are amazing and provide excellent service and care for the local animals. I would have been content with seeing my newest dog through with them as well but unfortunately some time ago there was a corporate entity that became involved and over the last year they have raised their prices multiple times (even in the middle of long procedures, when I was quoted a different price), and most recently, probably most egregiously, they have begun charging a waste disposal fee. A flat ten dollar fee charged whenever you bring your dog in for anything but nail trimming from what I was told. This fee is supposed to cover their medical supplies they say as well as dispos

Excellent !!! I rescued a stray that I didn't know was pregnant , almost 10 months ago , she had 8 beautiful puppies , I found good homes for 4 , was hoping to get the others adopted soon after , but when they got to be 6 months I knew it was time to call them family ! The staff and doctors were extremely informative , understanding , helpful , friendly , loving , respectful , did I miss anything !? I am so grateful to have them help me with the process ! I was not expecting to have any more animals again , but I am so glad that I do !!! Thank you !!! Ya'll are amazing !!! There are so few that are like you !!!
