Go elsewhere as they will not share your pet's vaccination records with you. Gone through the pet portal and tells me to call customer service, I call and was on hold for 45+ minutes just to be told they would email them. I've done this 3 times and have still not received my pet's vaccination records. I have to continue to reschedule appointments until I can get the records. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND GO ELSEWHERE TO GET YOUR PETS VACCINATIONS IT'S NOT WORTH IT
