Special Pets

I've been taking my furbabies to Special Pets going on 2 years now. Their staff is friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and very caring for the fur kids they groom and board. They take care of a wide variety of animals...even pot bellied pigs! My dogs love the ladies who work there, and they've never disappointed me in the wonderful grooming services they've provided (at very reasonable costs, too). I trust them with my guys because my guys trust them.

(Sutton's Southern Pet Retreat/Special Pets) AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME is all I can say...I've brought my girl Maddie (Lab Mix) here for boarding, grooming and bath's...She absolutely loves it. She always has the best experience!!! Whenever she is boarding, I pick her up and she is absolutely so happy, that it's actually hard to get her to leave!!! Every time she gets groomed and bathed she smells awesome for at least two weeks.... she loves to get her nails painted, yes they paint her nails!!!...last time was hot pink! Don't hesitate to bring your pet here...Tara (owner), Brittany (owner), Lindsey, Blaire and Nicole are the best because they give unconditional love to your pet while he or she is there...you won't be sorry you did!!!

I tried this kennel for the first time for a short get-a-way I couldn't bring my dog along on. Great first experience. I like how they have things set up, the care and attention given for the safety & health of each pet under their care. I won't be checking anywhere else for care of my pet in the Columbia area, I've found my go to place. She loved her time here. 7/16/21 Update This is a great Kennel. I've used them a few times now and it is one of the best I've ever used in the past 35 years. They truly care about pets, period. They have a very good set up. There is access online to book, upload documents and more. Instead of taking your pet to an impersonal service, this is more like taking them to a trusted friend. They have a good gate system, just in case your sweety pulls a fast

Just picked my buddy up from Sutton’s and he was happy and seemed like he had a great time! He looks and smells great too! I was nervous about taking him anywhere because he’s older, but still acts like a puppy, and has some skin issues but they were great and handled all my concerns really well! I almost felt like he was sad to leave!! Lol I highly recommend! We will def use them again!

It was the 1st professional grooming for my 4 month old miniature schnauzer and it was a great experience. They were able to give him a full schnauzer cut and didn't have any problems. Oh.....and I was truly impressed with the results!! I will definitely be a regular client now!!
