Sutton's Southern Pet Retreat - Lexington

I have been boarding my Cane Corso here for over a year now & I genuinely could not be happier with this facility. The staff are always friendly and upbeat. The office is always well kept, clean, & organized. They greet him by name the moment we walk in the door & always treat him like their own - even though he is extremely hyper & tends to jump - they always welcome him with open arms. I have boarded at White Knoll and Cheerokee Trail, and was very displeased with both. They acted afraid of my sweet boy/acted like they did not like him, & when I would pick him up after a stay he looked so thin as if he hadn't been eating. Thankfully, several people recommend Sutton's to me, so I gave them a try and I wish I would've come to them from the beginning. They are truly amazing here.

I have kept my baby boy here due to the fact that my bf and i went on a cruise. My friend from church, Miss Delila recommended it highly to me. So, i had to put my baby in the best care possible. So, off we went on our 5 day cruise while baby got attention. One hiccup he got an upset tummy. They were great and texted me. I kept in touch. They did ask if he could hv natural probiotic to help settle his tummy. By all means i said yes.Long story short. I will pick him up 1 day early no fault of Sutyons bc i dont want to cause them or baby boy extra or undue stress. I ask for a 1 day or half day credit to be paid fwd to next stay; as bf and i like to travel. Their staff said they would most certainly ask the mgmt if that would be ok. They checked and it was. So, we will most definitely bk baby

My vet recommended calling them to board my two year old mastiff. He said it was were he boarded his dogs and that he was very pleased with their cleanliness and knowledgeable staff. The neighbor that was going to take care of Olivia had an emergency and wouldn't be able to care for her. Unfortunately, when I contacted them, they were completely booked up. I was very happy to see that Olivia was very comfortable with the four individuals we met. She seemed very at ease and comfortable. In the future, I think I will rely on making a reservation for her at Sutton's. I think she will be very happy there and I will know she will have wonderful care

I've been taking my dog here to board and some grooming services for a year or two now and I always have amazing service! They love my dog and are always excited to see her! My dog also gets excited when we pull up! Very wonderful people. I trust them to take good care of my pet!

It was our pups first day of daycare yesterday! He came home so tired! He was so eager to go back this morning! The staff has been so kind and I feel good leaving my puppy with them while I’m at work! I know he’s having fun and getting well taken care of. So glad we found Sutton’s!
