V.I.P Grooming

The first photo is my happy fur baby boy Baby. The following photos are after his grooming visit not only is he traumatized and in pain from the cut on his tail he will not sit down. Baby is a full bread shitzu, very well loved and cared for. I am at a lost for words with how my son was treated. And to top it off I called to speak with the owner to discuss how he was treated and ask why on gods green earth she would cut all the hair from his tail and was literally told “ I don’t know what you want me to say to you “ I am absolutely disgusted if you care anything for your fur baby do not send them here

We recently decided to try Charisma Dog Grooming after our previous groomer closed up shop and I couldn't be happier with the experience! In all my years of having my dog groomed, she's never gotten such a nice haircut as she did at Charisma. She came home with such an even, smooth cut, even in typically tough spots like her muzzle and ears. The folks at Charisma did an excellent job and we have definitely found our new groomers!

Our Ollie does really well with this groomer. She does one dog at a time, making it easier on the dogs. She's clearly an animal lover and our dog is much calmer at drop off and pick up compared to other places we've been.

This place is awesome! She fit our little Jax in same day. She is so friendly and knowledgeable. Great haircut! Our dog really seemed to vibe with her.

Worked well with Pomeranian we are babysitting. Came back looking really cute with a bandana. Will go back as long as we are looking after dog...not a very good picture. But shows nice haircut.
