I highly recommend this clinic. My 2 cats , . Buddy lived 17 years and Tia 20. They were under the regular care of Dr Jim Lamb since they were kittens. The fact that they lived long healthy lives speaks volumes.

Dr Lamb is an angel of a man. My 18 year old dogs kidneys were failing and I would bring him in weekly for IV fluids. I would drop him off before work and pick him up after work. There was no way to save him but Dr Lamb understood how heartbroken I was and he gave him the fluids anytime I asked but also was very honest with me about the outcome. They took care of him for 8 hours and only charged me around $100 each time. Any other place, that would be $600. Finally he passed and I had taken him to an emergency hospital. When I called to make an appointment for my other dog, they already knew what had happened and expressed their condolences. The staff are very kind. They are well organized and just an all around great place with a great team. I only wish they were open on weekends.

This is probably my favorite veterinary office I've been to. We started bringing our kitties here when we moved to Puyallup a couple years ago. We've seen both Dr. Lamb and Dr. Hedman, both of whom are very knowledgeable and compassionate. I had to bring one kitty in yesterday and I really appreciated not only how willing Dr. Hedman was to answer the many questions I had, but also how robust her answers were. It was a far better experience than I've ever even had as a human at the doctor! The front desk and vet techs are also very sweet. They gave me a blanket with a special spray to calm my scared kitty when we arrived and I also just love how sweetly and gently they treat my babies 🥹

Dr Hedman is awesome. All my pups love her and she's always spot on and I completely trust her with all our dogs. She also is excellent with teeth cleaning and pulling if needed. Dr Lamb is also superb! He's so helpful and answers all my many questions! We really appreciate them and are so thankful for the great care they provide for our precious Guinness, Stella and little Olive ❤️

Been taking my pets here since it was Guptils in the 60s. Always nice and competent. Our Aussie has been going here his whole life. They are always caring and have plenty of treats on hand. Out 13 year old Aussie and our almost 15 year old lab that passed a little over 13 years ago. Both went to RRAH their whole life.
