This was my first experience going to a Groomer. The work they did made me comfortable with coming back. I adore the free banana!! :) It was so cute.

Great people who love animals! Our little Morkie is always getting matted, and we're just not able to trim her nails anymore. VIP does an outstanding job, and our dog comes home happy, trimmed and clean every time! Super service in Staunton VA :)

Cannot recommend this place enough! When Petco turned me away because I had travelled 50 minutes and was 8 minutes late for my appointment, I was panicked. I had driven all that way, so I called the only other groomer in town open early enough to accommodate my schedule, VIP groomers. They were SO NICE and took me in very last minute because they knew how desperate I was and they were wonderful! They asked me all kinds of questions about my dog's skin and what exactly I was looking for and had lots of options for being as sensitive to her needs as possible, and even mentioned that they wouldn't cut my dog's long pretty eyelashes without me even having to ask! I assumed when I jumped into their schedule on so short notice, I'd have to wait all day for her to be done, but they managed to squ

Couldn’t be more pleased! The staff was nice professional. We have an Airedale, and they are not the easiest dog to cut. This was our first time and they made her look awesome!! Couldn’t be happier!! Thanks VIP groomers! See you again in 3 months!! 😁
