I love Petco. I'm on a membership program to save money on my cats and our guinea pig. We save a lot with my rewards and it's very helpful too. The staff there are awesome. 👍 Here's a few of our cats. Bandit, Wolf Bella and Bullet

I called earlier in the day and I'm unsure of who I spoke with but she tried to talk me out getting my dogs anal glands squeezed and ears cleaned..she said I needed to take him to the vet. After speaking with the shelter as I finalized the adoption they said no vet visit was needed that petco would do exactly what was needed. I guess she just didn't want to do anal glands ? Idk. Called back and spoke with Taylor and she's like yeah girl come on in I got you. She made it quick and easy and didn't seem unhappy at all. She deserved the 100% she got and I will request her anytime we need to return ! Thanks for being amazing !!!

What a hateful staff.. Rude to the customers and get away with it. They must just hate their job. THESE PEOPLE SHOULDN'T BE AROUND ANIMALS. NONETHELESS US. i don't know why corporate tolerates a vile staff like this.. In reading the reviews, apparently Sam and Brittany have the most complaints, and corporate is too scaed to get rid of them. But the woman I met yesterday. Was the worst person I've ever met in the pet business? And I don't know what her name was. But she hated her job. DON'T LET UP AND STAY ON IT. MAYBE CORPORATE WILL FIRE THEM

I was looking for a guinea pig cage that was bigger than the one I have. I went to PetSmart they didn't have the one in my price range so I went to Petco I found the one that I need it because it was on sale and I got it! It is huge! My piggies are popcorning everywhere and are happy with the new set up.
