VIP Animal Care

VIP Animal Care has been excellent to work with. Their pricing is very reasonable, the staff is respectful and knowledgeable, and they treated my pup with genuine care and attention. You can tell they actually care about the animals that walk through their doors. That matters. The only frustration I have is the scheduling system. Unlike most clinics today, they do not offer online scheduling or online cancellation. You have to call to book and you have to call to cancel. As a returning customer with a busy schedule, I simply do not have time to play phone tag if someone doesn’t answer. In fact, I ended up visiting another vet once purely because I could book online in under a minute. In 2026, that feels unnecessary. Most veterinary CRM systems already include online booking functionality

Extremely personable and took great care of my fur baby who was experiencing pain and would not eat. VIP made me feel comfortable with the care he was given and I was continually informed with each action taken to help him feel better. All the VIP family have been great with our 4 dogs. Recently we had to say goodbye to our family dog Gracie and Dr. Julia Motto and the girls at VIP was great thru the whole process..I wouldn't wanna take my babies to any other doctors. Thank you guys for being so understanding and loving with my my babies! You all are amazing and do a great job!

Had a very pleasant experience today with my dog for his annual visit . Prices are very reasonable and the staff was so kind and good to my boy. Would recommend your facility to everyone.

Dr. Flanders is a great vet. He gets straight to the point while being caring and compassionate. Dr. Motto is also excellent and handled our very hard to deal with cat very well.
