I couldn’t be more thankful for Tobey and Mike. I called completely out of the blue, and they welcomed us in right away with such kindness and care. From the moment we arrived, they treated our little dog with the utmost respect, gentleness, and attention. It was clear how much they genuinely care—not just about pets, but about the people who love them. Their thoughtfulness and thoroughness meant the world to us, and it’s rare to find such a combination of professionalism and compassion. We left feeling so grateful, and we truly couldn’t be more pleased. Tobey and Mike have earned a lifelong customer, and I’ll wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who wants their pet treated with the love and respect they deserve.

My fiancée is currently going through chemo treatment for acute leukemia and has been in the hospital for 4 weeks. The doctors recommended I have our 2 Golden retrievers groomed before she came home because of her weakened immune system. We received word today that she will be released tomorrow. I contacted Tobey at Animal Arts and explained the situation. She was able to stay late and accommodate my two Goldens into her already busy schedule. My boys have never looked this good! And to do so on such a short notice was amazing. Truly impressed by Tobey’s work and even more so by how incredible it was of her to get this done on such short notice! 5 out of 5 stars!

literally just called to speak to a manager and the man who answered just hung up in my face!! he didn't even ask why I was calling. if this is how you run your front desk, I hate to see how the animals are treated!

Very good service done by Kenzie! Our pet was super happy afterwards and we could tell difference between them and other groomers. They took their time and it reflected in how good our pet look afterwards. Definitely recommend.

I am so impressed with Animal Arts. They have been lovingly grooming my baby Tucker for a year and he loves going there. Ashley does his groom and Michael is at the front desk. Everyone in the place is friendly and they greet Tucker so enthusiastically. He looks and smells wonderful when I pick him up. We highly recommend!
