Noblesville Pet Wellness Clinic

We used two Pet Wellness clinics - Olio Rd. briefly and then Cumberland Rd. (Noblesville) for around 6 years. Dr. Park and the staff were always courteous & professional. They helped managed two cancerous tumor surgeries, specialized eye drops & vaccines using the Pet Prime service. When we moved we were able to have the records transferred easily & timely to both myself and a new clinic. Kira was dubbed "sweetest shepherd" during her tenure. We appreciate the care we had.

Overall bad experience. I have been to other pet wellness clinics but this was my first time here. In this visit the doctor never saw my animal. My dog is admittedly difficult but that’s never stopped us before. I was told “the doctor is having a bad day and doesn’t want to deal with my dogs difficulty”. I found that extremely unprofessional, like that is her job. Not sure how you can assess the safety of the situation without even seeing the animal. I got him on the scale but the tech said he wasn’t on long enough even though I saw the weight and told her. I was unable to get him back on. After this I asked for 2 quotes for medications and had a question for the doctor. Then when I asked if I could put a muzzle on him so we could do the vaccines I was told “well it’s already been 30min to

This entire chain and this location are all wonderful. I have been taking my cat & dog to them for years and the Pet Prime plan is WORTH IT for this furbaby mama. We save a lot on bills with the unlimited exams which helps us bring them in more for checkups and also generally take better consistent care of them. They also get their monthly meds and annual vaccines covered. I love it!

I just had to take my nervous and anxious dog here for his vaccines. I want to say the vet tech was SO amazing and very sweet. The vet gave him all his shots and did some checks I have never seen before which I extremely appreciated. They tried to take him back to get his nails cut, but he was to anxious. They recommended and gave me some medicine for next time for his nails and for him to come back with his booster. I really loved how they worked with me and gave me something to make him more comfortable. No other vets have done that! It shows that they really cared. Definitely my favorite pet wellness clinic I have been too :)

Even though they were abnormally busy due to being short staffed, they dealt with my family with grace and professionalism. They still spent a lot of time with my family and were incredibly thorough even with how busy they were. I will not hesitate to recommend this office for a fantastic experience with their loved animals. Thank you!
