We cannot say enough wonderful things about Jesse Grist, she did an absolutely amazing job grooming our 2 Goldendoodles. From the moment we arrived, she was warm, professional, and clearly experienced. She listened carefully to exactly what we wanted and delivered beyond our expectations. Our babies look perfectly groomed and you can tell she truly takes pride in her work. What impressed us most was how she followed up with us mid groom to let us know how our boys were doing. They had a lot of mats and they are both nervous with anxiety,, but they left her comfortable and happy afterwards. That speaks volumes about Jesse’s patience and gentle approach. Kendra is fantastic! She was super gentle, loving, and caring, truly trying to help my little pup feel comfortable with her (he’s a nervous, trembling wreck with all groomers and vets!). It was so obvious she really appealed to my dog and he felt more comfortable with her than he ever has with any previous groomers. She also did a fantastic job grooming him, he’s absolutely adorable! Kendra and Kylie have done a phenomenal job grooming our dogs over the years! We really appreciate their gentle approach and above-and-beyond service.

Kylie always does a wonderful job with my dog snoopy. He is happy to see her and always is well taken care of. I was not feeling well at the time of our last appointment, and she went the extra mile to help make the pickup as easy as possible.

My groomer was sweet with Leo. The cut was a little too short and I would have like his ears to have been trimmed closer to the leather.
