Best customer service! Jake helped us when our dog stopped eating. Gave many great suggestions. Love this place!

I stopped at Victoria’s today for some nutrition advice for the puppy I’m bringing home soon and had a great experience. Jake spent at least half an hour chatting with me and answering all my questions. He gave me some great ideas and was very patient and knowledgeable. The store is clean and well stocked, and I love that they have so many food, treat, and enrichment options for cats! I’ll be a repeat customer for sure.

Best selection of healthy food for pets, all different toys, treats , and pet care. Best part is the staff is super friendly and always has great recommendations for things I need or am looking for. Best pet store around!

Everyone is truly awesome. My husband is visually impaired and doesn’t drive and I have been laid up for five weeks after knee surgery and of course my husband tells me five minutes before closing I called at 5:57 and Jake delivered my food to my door no questions asked that small town spirit. Thanks again guys

Happy New Year! I just want to give a shout out to your store and the gentleman that was there New Years Eve Day. I stopped in around noon amd you were closed. Door said open ar 1pm. I came back at 1pm and there was another customer standing outside waiting for doors to open. a couple minutes after 1pm the employee came out and said you are actually not open today and he was just there to get the shipment off the truck. Being a nice guy he offered to let us in to grab our dog food. I was so thankful since I was completely out at home. I know, my fault for waiting til the last minute! while we I was in the store checking out, the other customer told him someone was waiting at the front door too. He stopped and let her in too. So nice of him! He easily could've told us all "we're closed" or
