It took them almost five hours and they didn’t finish the grooming. They left the unbathed hair around her face and didn’t finish her nails. I took her to another groomer who quickly finished the job for me within five minutes free of charge and told me to never take her here. I was charged $94 for this! I was told before it would be $70. The groomer who finished her and another one I took her to only charged $50-60 and actually finished her well within 3 hours. The groomers here must be inexperienced.

First time here with my dog Chloe , as we are new to the area. She is a large, nervous doodle. She can be alot to handle sometimes but the groomers here were incredible! They were informative, patient and understanding. I have already booked all of her appointments for the year! Pricing was great and she smelled and looked great! Would highly recommend this salon!

Our experience over the years has been positive. In the last six months service, timeliness, and respect of the customer have all declined. They’ve forgotten to trim our dog’s nail two out of the last three appointments. It took over 3 hours for our dog to be groomed. Prices are continuing to increasing. I would recommend looking elsewhere for your pet grooming needs..

It's always a little scary going somewhere new for the 1st time, but I was not disappointed. They were friendly and our pup came out looking great. We have 125lb German Shepherd. We got a bathing, de-shed and nail trim. I'm very satisfied with his overall look and feel. It took about 3hrs and the price was great for that. Thanks again! We will be back !

I would not bring your dog here! This pet salon is under new ownership. The previous owner was amazing, cared about the animals being groomed. My mom was in tears for how this dog was groomed this last Thursday. She came and picked her up mid appointment as it was going to be four hours. A four hour booking is ridiculous. .An in experienced groomer cam cause a dog trauma, you never trim a Teddy Bear breed this close to their skin. She had been groomed there for seven years. Dogs are part of your family, this is not acceptable. Your staff needs to be trained in customer service too. Your repeat customers are what make a business! People do want to support small businesses but unfortunately the priority under the new management is not to retain the loyal customers of the previous owner. This
