Animal Wellness Center Fond du Lac

On December 10th, we brought our beloved best friend, Tank, to the Animal Wellness Center for the first time. He had been experiencing serious health issues, and although we had never been to this clinic before, the staff treated Tank, and us, with an extraordinary level of compassion, professionalism, and genuine kindness. That day, we were faced with the heartbreaking reality that Tank needed to be put down. It was one of the hardest moments of our lives, but the team here made the experience personal, dignified, and as comforting as it could possibly be. They didn’t treat us like strangers walking in for the first time, they treated us like family. The staff helped make Tank’s final moments truly special. They gave him treats, including chocolate, and he was so happy—wagging his tail

Honestly, this place has gone downhill. I got a call saying I missed an appointment for my dog,, and they wanted to charge me a $70 “no call, no show” fee. The problem is, I never scheduled an appointment. Back in August, I called and told them I switched to another vet in Eden. I even provided all of Zara’s updated paperwork, including her rabies records, and somehow they still can’t seem to get that through their system. It’s ridiculous, this is the third time I’ve had to explain the same thing. On top of that, they already charge insane prices: $100–$1,000+ just for basic visits, extra fees for boosters, and even $50 just to test a stool sample. Now they’re adding fees just to schedule or miss an appointment, even if you never actually made one? That’s just taking advantage of people.

Had a great experience there with our new dog! Vet and assistant were both very nice and knowledgeable.

We have been coming here for over a year now and have always been happy with the service. The vet and staff members are all friendly and caring. When my Stella got spayed last month they noticed sign of infection. After they removed her uterus they cut it open and found that she had pyrometra, a very serious and possibly deadly infection. She was put on antibiotics and pain medicaution and less than 2 weeks later she is totally back to her old self! I feel that they saved her life. They also care for all of our other pets, Two more dogs and two cats and we have never had a complaint.

I've been taking my dogs here since 2005. I've never had a problem with any kind of service. The veterinarians are great. The techs, assistants, and reception staff are the BEST! I feel welcomed, and most importantly, the care and love they show my dogs are sincere. I will continue going here.
