We've had two installs, as well as couple of flooring repairs done by this company. The sales team is very helpful in showing you your options, in your price range. It's been the same tech each time doing the installs/repairs. He's always been very professional and thorough. He was on time each time, calling beforehand to tell us he was on the way. He was mindful to clean up after each installation/repair. The floors turned out perfect each time!
