Our dog Armani recently had FHO surgery here, and we couldn’t be happier with the care he received. From the initial consultation through recovery, the entire team was professional, attentive, and compassionate. Briardo is an incredibly skilled surgeon and the recovery has gone very smoothly. He’s back to being his crazy, playful self. We’re very thankful for the compassion and expertise shown throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!

I had my pup there over a year ago. They charged me for a test that wasn't performed so I asked them to just apply it to my account. Now, the money is in my account and cannot get a refund. The receptionist say they can't only the office manager can but she doesn't have any contact information because she just works whenever she wants. I will certainly never come back. It's funny because they had no problem taking the money it's the parting with it they don't like. I'm sure they have more money than I do but they'll fight tooth and nail oer a few bucks!

I’m very happy I found them. Prices are great, clean and not over crowded. The staff was kind and very helpful. The Vet Tech even took a moment to help me give my dog her first dose. Thank you Vets and Pets!

I’ve known Dr Briardo Reich for about 20 years and he is a very knowledgeable Veterinarian, has a very good heart, loves animals, works very long hours and does his best to provide unparalleled service to his furry patients. His vet clinic is always organized, clean, well managed and features modern equipment. His staff is very caring as well. I highly recommend Vets & Pets in Martinsburg.

I brought my dog Cap in ( which they worked me in ) he was extremely sick and Dr.Reich was absolutely amazing! He took the time to explain everything to me and get Cap the meds he needed and within just a couple days my boy was back to his normal self! Dr.Reich is very knowledgeable and very helpful! Big thanks to him for getting my boy back to being his strong healthy self!!!
