I took our 7-month-old Corgi in to see Dr. Bello today, and it was truly one of the best veterinary experiences I’ve had! As I described it in a comment on Instagram, Vetopia is different in the best way possible! The office was clean, modern, and cozy. Everything and everyone was super thoughtful. They had some of her favorite toys and treats waiting for her. Chris, our tech, and Dr. Bello both took their time with her and made sure she was comfortable. It was really nice to see a truly fear free environment. Offering longer appointment time, I was able to sit with Dr. Bello and discuss questions and concerns and actually feel seen and heard. WOW! This place is unlike any other vet office I’ve ever visited. When I arrived, my cats and I were immediately brought to the exam room where the staff had prepared treats, calming music, a window perch and so many things for my kitties to climb on! They were immediately comfortable! I have to give a huge shoutout to Abbey Jo, Chris, and Dr Bello for their time and attention. Dr Bello sat on the floor with one of my anxious kitties for some time to make her feel comfortable instead of just trying to rush through an appointment with a fearful cat. I truly appreciate the time they take with each client. I am blown away by the level of service that Vetopia provided!!

Dr. Bello is great. She takes time to explain everything and answers any questions without making us fill rushed. She gets down on the floor with Bobbi Jo and gives her plenty of loves. Bobbi Jo also loves Ava and the peanut butter she gives. So far we have visited Vetopia 5 times. After our initial visit with Bobbi Jo we decided this is the new Veterinarian & staff we were looking for. We then took our other 2 dogs. Our oldest, Carla May, is very anxious when going to a vet. They spent plenty of time with her trying to make her feel comfortable. We love that it is family owned and one veterinarian. My senior cat Willis and I had a FABULOUS visit at Vetopia. Nurse Chris and Dr. Bello were incredibly kind and patient, allowing Willis all the time he needed to get comfortable and providing innumerable treats before, during, and after procedures. I really appreciated how all the services were performed in the room with the pet parent. The transparency, kindness, and atmosphere we experienced at Vetopia will absolutely have us coming back. I never knew going to the vet could feel so luxurious, but here we are?? While I don't think Willis will ever LOVE going to the vet, I absolutely saw him at his calmest here. Best vet experience we’ve had in the ten years I’ve had my girl, Stella. Dr. Bello and her staff went above and beyond to ensure that she was comfortable and relaxed. Their exam room felt much more homey and less clinical- Stella was a big fan of all the treat and toy options! They showed such patience when dealing with her theatrics about the blood draw and they took the time to get it without using force. Check-in & out were way less stressful. We were taken back as soon as we got there and checked-out in the exam room. By far the best!
