Terrible experience with our Australian Shepherd. We told them not to shave our dog and especially not to shave our dog short and they did exactly that. His hair is so short and you can’t do that to that breeds fur. We told them don’t make him look like a poodle and they did exactly that. Don’t ever go to this Petsmart if you want your dog to get a good grooming. Never coming back.

Pretty cool place to go if you’re looking for animals or pets or things of that nature. They didn’t have many fish on display because they’re remodeling their fish habitat so I’ll fix your 50% off right now in case you’re in need of a fish sale. Plenty of parking because there’s a huge strip mall this place is in the burbs. There were really cool and kind of fun to hang out with.

Love all the choices of dry and can food. Love the prices and I save money with the rewards program. The cat trees are of great quality. Love making my cats happy with all the products I purchase from here. I also feed feral cats outside and I love all the varieties for them. Very clean and well stocked store. The employees are so nice and helpful.

I love the rewards that they offer you with every purchase. They have a very large selection of the food that I feed my dogs. Unlike other stores. When I went in today by the register, they had Halloween toys. Of course I’m that kind of pet parent. I have to buy my dog toys, even though they have more than they know what to do with. So today they got a cute little dog bone and a Halloween themed lamb chop. They love them already. Looking forward to the Christmas ones already.

Neglected kittens and fish! See images. 1. They have the adoptable kittens blocked stacked high with boxes. They are kittens but must remain behind pallets stacked with boxes. Came here on 7/11/2025 around 5pm. Once it rained the employees were quick to real in merchandise from the outside, so not being able to unpack the boxes wouldn’t be an excuse. 2. The fish are swimming with tons of dead fish. One of the tanks even had a fly in it. Very nasty condition. Most of the tanks with live fish are murky from the dirtiness caused by bacteria growth from all the dead fish. My daughter told me “look dad the shrimp is eating a fish”. Compliments would go for their rodent selection. They are very active and seem healthy.
