The Barking Lot Pet Grooming & Boarding

Took my cat for its first bath and nail clipping. They gave him back and he napped on the way home. No sedation needed. Great job thank you . We will be back again soon.

I was one of those tough customers. It was my first time getting a puppy of mine groomed. I didn’t really understand all that went into it so when the appointment hit the 2.5 hour mark I started to freak out. I really appreciate they called me to give me an update and explain everything they had to do and why it was taking to long. The groomer was so kind on the phone and totally reassured me. She didn’t have to do that but did and it went a long way with me. She not only exercised patience with my little puppy but ME (much is arguably much more difficult I think) plus, he looks fantastic.

My boys, Jake and Elwood, absolutely LOVE day care at The Barking Lot! Morgan, Leslie and Mayra are wonderful with my babies. They even get baths there and come home very well groomed. Thank you Barking Lot!

I called and asked all questions up front since it was our first time booking. The lady I spoke with was very sweet and nice. But when it came time to drop the dogs I was told a totally different thing. The lady that was sitting at the front desk said “I was sitting right here when she spoke with you she didn’t say that” well I wouldn’t have booked otherwise. Let’s skip to pick up my husband picked our dogs up and one of our dogs look sick and she has lost weight. They let him know she has puked and had diarrhea the last two days but that doesn’t match her bowel movement now that she is home, she also hasn’t puked one time. I supplied food and everything and she looks like she has lost at least 8-10 lbs. unfortunately I don’t see myself booking with them again. We never received a call tha

I am very happy with Rosie's cut. She seemed very content when I picked her up. She is an 11 yr old Cocker Spaniel so that speaks volumes! This was her first cut since we moved. We just moved here from PA. She will go back. Her cut is spot on !!
