This is now a favorite for so many deserving reasons. After our Maverik was injured during a grooming visit we found this clinic online and boy are we thankful. From the woman on the answering service, to the doctor, we received nothing but open communication accompanied by kindness. Our little Maverik went in with an almost fully swollen shut eye and could barely hold her head up due to the pain. The doctor and his lovely assistant (Mrs. Katheryn) explained every step of the way, what we could expect and sent us text/photos after her procedure (we were in the waiting room). Once completed, they came out, told us that they’d spoken with the groomers, what they thought happened (in detail), and explained the process of the road to recovery. I have been a client of Dr. McLean for around 20 years and have followed him through 3 of his offices. He has been the doctor for 7 pets I’ve had 3 dogs and 4 cats of multiple breeds and sizes. From emergency after emergency and routine checkups and shots to some of the more random issues all us pet owners know that can happen. He has shown absolute love and compassion and true empathy for the care of all my family members. He has always been available and has come to the rescue more times than I can count.
