Universal Grooming

I took my very long haired cat for a full shave cut and bath. They did a wonderful job!!! Very easy to make an appt. AND the working time was very efficient! I will certainly be back with the rest of my kitties! Before and after photos below!

I brought my standard poodle in for an 11:00 AM grooming appointment and was told he would be ready in a reasonable amount of time. Instead, he wasn’t finished until 5:00PM, which already felt excessive for a scheduled appointment. What really concerned me, though, was his condition when I picked him up. His eyes were extremely bloodshot, and one eye appeared to have a popped blood vessel. When I asked what could have caused this, I didn’t receive a clear or reassuring explanation. They mentioned it might be from stress, but no one could tell me exactly what happened or why his eye looked the way it did. Very happy with my experience! First Pic is my pup before and the other three is after grooming. It's basically a summer cut with shaping, since it's getting hot to avoid her getting hotspots. They listened to my requests and when I returned to pick her up, Luna was so much cuter than I could have imagined. She was very happy and relaxed. I can tell she loved her time there. They know how to groom long haired small breed dogs, which is a huge plus. I would absolutely recommend them to others ! Everyone working there was friendly and professional

I had to find a new groomer after 4 years having the same one, so naturally I was nervous. But they were able to get more done than my last groomer and reasonanly priced. Very friendly and glad I decided to go there. I'm happy they took on the understandably big job. I'll be back and glad my boy behaved! He's clean again 😊
