PetSmart Veterinary Services - Smyrna

I had an incident with my parrot bird and had to get him check out immediately. I called multiple other veterinarians around the area but they were no help. Until pet smart veterinarian services called me to check up on my appointment and get more information. They were very understanding and patient with me even under pressure. It was very easy to come in and get in touch with the vet. The workers are very professional and let you know everything about your babys. The place was clean and new shopper friendly. Prices are great and affordable for urgent accidents. Dont be afraid to reach out.

Kristen Giles was so kind and helpful she listened to everything we had to say and ran numbers for us to make it manageable. Also she was wondering with my dog Pancake. And Dr. Paul Norwood was amazing gave us recommendations and was able to work with us mean while been great with Pancake too thank yall so much. And all the staff was just wonderful I recommended them.

I’ve been using Petsmart veterinarian services for almost two years and I have to say it’s been nothing but great experiences. My two girls love Ms. Tiffany and Dr. Padgett. Dr. Padgett showed so much compassion and empathy during one of the worst times of my life when one of my girls was sick. Thank you so much for caring for my girls <3 Highly recommend!

I’ve called scores of vets looking for a competent, complete, safe and *affordable dental cleaning for my dog. Costs for this have skyrocketed across the country, so I was intrigued to see the service offered here for a fraction of the national average price. I called their competitors to ask what they were doing that PetSmart wasn’t: Was it less effective? Was it less safe? Would they butcher my dog? They had no explanations for their higher prices. And it turns out my fears were completely unfounded. Dr. Norwood was knowledgeable, thorough and took the time to let me know my dog would be in great hands. He was quick too—we got everything done over the weekend and their staff communicated well the entire time. No notes.

Attention bird owners and lovers! I brought my canary here and was so impressed — they can treat infections, parasites, perform X-rays, fecal testing, and even provide pain medication when needed. Evaluations start at $80+. Overall rating: Excellent! The staff and techs are friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly, the vet is kind, respectful, and clearly well-educated. Introduced himself properly , well spoken , and great eye contact . I felt heard and understood.
