He was knowledgeable, patient, friendly, honest, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we felt comfortable and confident with bringing our new puppy home. The level of professionalism and care they show is truly top-tier customer service. You can tell they genuinely care about the puppies and the families they are going to.
