Veterinary Specialty Hospital of Palm Beach Gardens

Today was a first time that my boys Tie and Snoopy met Dr Janet Roque Torres. Tie has been having stomach issues and I thought it’s time to see a specialist. I was impressed with how organized helpful and pleasant were the technician Michele and Ashley they took their time to listen and ask many good questions about Tie before seeing a doctor. Immediately I felt comfortable and I knew that I was in good hands!!! When Dr RT came with the ultrasound results I was even more impressed with her knowledge and how well she communicated to me what is going on with my boy and what needs to be done. She explained to me in a great detail the cause of Tie stomach issue and had solutions and a plan to get him back to health. I really appreciated how kind and relatable she was she took her time explain

I am incredibly grateful to the entire team at VSH. They are truly amazing human beings and they saved the life of my little Chana. Ressa welcomed us with such kindness and always made sure we felt comfortable and supported during our time at the clinic. Robert was very attentive, taking the time to understand all of our dog’s symptoms and patiently answering every question we had about her health. Dr. RT is an outstanding professional. She always takes the necessary time to clearly explain every detail regarding Chana’s diagnosis and treatment plan, which gave us so much peace of mind. I am deeply thankful to VSH for their empathy, love, and dedication to their patients. I highly recommend this clinic.

Dr. RT and her staff are amazing. My dog had received a terminal diagnosis from our general practitioner vet. I was told about Dr. Roque Torres and made an appointment for a second opinion. The doctor and her team were incredibly kind given my very emotional state. Without offering false hope, I was given excellent information so that I could make an informed decision based upon medical science. My decision was to go forward with diagnostic tests and treatment and my dog is improving daily. I cannot thank Dr RT and her team (shout out to Raul, who is the KING of anesthesia) for their continued care and for saving my sweet baby, Ella.

As soon as I arrived today at VSH I was warmly welcomed by Eileen and Sam. Eileen took my beagle to the back immediately and got me checked in. I met Rachel, the Vet technician and she was so sweet, professional, and made me feel right at home. I met Dr. Ramdass after he examined my dog and he was professional, and very courteous. I had an amazing experience and this will be the only place I come back too. I have six dogs and I know they will get the absolute best care in the future. Thank you to the entire team. Highly recommend in an emergency! Eileen was truly professional, compassionate and helpful. The ER doctor was also incredibly helpful. Truly grateful for the transparent and vital information they provided when I called while my puppy Benny was having a medical emergency!! I cannot thank Eileen and the ER doctor enough for the guidance and peace of mind they provided during the most terrifying moments, thankfully Benny is doing much better now!
