The Snooty Pooch Pet Spa

Y A Y ! We found our place! My partner took Phoebe in for a clip n clean right as they opened yesterday morning so we'd be sure to make something happen. They were happy to accomodate, communicated well, and did the best grooming job she has had in SoFlo! Unfortunately, no photos from right after, but I promise some next time. She came home so fresh, soft paws, the best sanitary trim, and with purple bows 🥹 I highly recommend this place, for all breeds, but especially CKCs ! 🐾😌

Do not recommend this place. I am a bit late in writing my review but it’s needed. I used to be a regular here and was very happy with the service until I stopped bringing my dog after they injured her eye in the last service. I brought a perfectly, healthy dog for grooming on my birthday and ended up taking her to the emergency vet with a crazy large bill. Happy birthday to me. No accountability, no apology from the staff. Save your dog and money and go to a better groomer. Reply to the owner : the date was may 9th 2025 and my dog name is Divaa.

The price was great. I did a full groom and my little buddy looked good and smells even better. I believe my dog groomer name was Cora (not 100% sure), but she did a fabulous job. I'm extremely happy with the all around service.

Our pup has not stopped checking himself out in the mirror since his first time at Snooty Pooch Pet Spa yesterday! The staff is super friendly and communicates well. We will definitely be taking our pup back.

DO NOT GO HERE they cut my dogs pad while grooming him and didnt want to let me know. I am absolutely furious this is not okay. A day before the groomers i noticed his paws were dry so i moisturized them and his pads were fine. The lack of accountability from the groomer infuriates me. I couldn’t imagine the pain my dog went through. I will never go back. Protect your pups and go somewhere else.
