I was thoroughly impressed with the care and patience my sweet Tilly and I received during our first visit. Making an appointment was more than easy, prompt & efficient! We were met with genuine kindness and smiles as soon as we walked in the doors which gave me confidence this was going to be a positive visit! I cannot express enough how happy I am to choose this office for my girl! The prices are more than fair/reasonable for the value of care given, which is huge! The office was so cute, very clean & welcoming! Dr. Lackey is such a gem, she was informative, communicative and so sweet to my girl—we love her! My dogs are my babies and I love them to pieces… thankful for every veteranian especially Dr. Gonzalez and the Owner The male Veternarian, as well as the male Veterinarian, receptionists, and Nurses for great care. As a Human Nurse I know good care when I see it.. Gardens Animal hospital always go out their way to make sure my poodles receive the best care. I appreciate the education provided to me as the owner, I’m impressed with the veterinarians patience I’m a talker l and I want to understand everything as it relates to my dogs, and very important they always follow up after appointments. Very disappointed. They're extremely Cold and impersonal. They have no idea who you are and they're much too big to treat your pet special. My dog was suddenly dying. I tried to reach them during the weekend after hours but no success. They totally misdiagnosed my dog's problems. Thank god I found another vet in Wellington, to help me make the right decisions about putting my dog down.

Just took one of our dogs on his first visit to Gardens Animal Hospital and was very impressed. The appointment process was easy & efficient. Victoria and Brianna at the front desk were very friendly. The med tech (Brittany) was terrific and she was genuinely interested in caring for our dog. The vet (Dr Sinko) did a great job treating our dog's ear infection and was very professional. The day after our appointment, I received a follow up call from Gardens making sure that our dog was doing fine. Very impressive! I have already recruited two of my neighbors for Gardens. Highly recommended them. Brittany, Victoria, Brianna, Dr Sinko and one vet tech whose name I can't remember. Everyone did a great job. Thank you! What I appreciated most is the people- friendly & professional.

The visit with Dr. Valerio was excellent. She's very knowledgeable and compassionate. My little Bella who is scared of coming to the vet, actually likes her. Dr. Valerio is my favorite vet and my dog's. She's very knowledgeable, compassionate, and personable. My dog who is scared of coming to the office even likes her. Thank you!!
