Dr. Chaudhri was very kind and patient. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and treated my dog’s ear infection extremely well. They were able to give me a same-day appointment, and the visit was very quick I was in and out without any hassle. My dog improved quickly after the treatment. The pricing was very reasonable, and I truly appreciated the care and professionalism. I highly recommend Dr. Chaudhri.

VCA Loomis Basin pulled our dog Clover back from death's doorstep. I was so sure that we were going to lose her, but the emergency staff took such good care of her and made sure that we didn't leave brokenhearted. They were communicative and empathetic, and I will not hesitate to trust them again.

If I could give zero stars I would. I refrained from giving a bad review after bringing my elderly dog in back in October (where the front desk girl was extremely rude and dismissive - Stephanie, should never work with the public ever), but today's phone call solidified they are just a money grab vet and don't care about the animals. The one decent vet that was good happened to be visiting from another clinic... My dog has yeast problems in her ears, she's my allergy girl, I've tried all kinds of possible solutions. I've given her pills before and they only kind of work. I requested an ear drop that does work. They refused, and insisted on pushing more expensive pills. I agreed to try one of the pills and again, they only kind of worked. Fast forward to today, I let them know I would rathe

Rude! The entire team was rude and unhelpful. Barely looked at my dog and was like "yeah I'm sure she is fine" I told them the whole reason I went there was to make sure she can go to doggy day care....I gave them a list of requirements and said please make sure she has these so I can take her yo doggy day care. I asked 3 times....they said yeah after barely glancing. And surprise surprise...shes still missing one.

I took my two bully breed dogs here and the vet tech as well as the vet had acted like they’ve never treated a pitbull before. They had to take my dogs temperature which obviously no dog likes a probe being stuck in their butt and every time my dog moved the vet tech acted like my dog was going to do something to him. If they had a problem with bully breeds I wish they would’ve just let me know so I could take my dogs somewhere else. My dogs left so stressed and I would not recommend if you have any sort of bully breeds.I’m also just not sure why you would be a vet if you don’t like certain breeds. I will now make the 1hr drive to go to their old vet.
