Staff is awesome and always helpful. I always find fish and aquatic plants I don't see at other stores here. Everything I have got from here has thrived to the point that I always pick up something because they are using the same water as I am (Rancho Water) and I know that I am less likely to have issues introducing new fish or plants to my aquariums.

Great selections at decent prices. Like the bigger sized treat bags and variety of tasty bones for my dog.

Dead fish stored in tiny containers. the best part is that the dying fish gets to watch all the happy fish live in filtered store tanks. Don't sell betas unless you're going to take care of them. Animal cruelty.

Don't buy crickets here!!!! I've shopped here for years and never have they been this off. Apparently they don't use anything to measure the amount, they just eyeball and guestimate. So if you look at the picture the right side bag is supposed to be 100 small/medium. I went back in and got an attitude because they are small and hard to count and she asked if I would like to count them. Not worth the hassle or the $5.

Friendly employees, faster check out. Fishes were kept in very clean water. They do not have very wide selection of fishes and i saw few dead fishes left to rot inside tank. Other than that I liked everything about them.
