The girl at the front desk are great. The girls in the back are great. The doctors wonderful it was sad for me because that was the beginning of finding out that my dog had a mass and only has a short amount of time to live, but they have been so good and after 10 years of being with another vet, I switched to them because they are so much better and they call back and they take care of your needs and it's a wonderful wonderful place. I would Tell anybody to go there because your dog or cat is in good care. 💔💋💗💗💗my doggie Hunter , I'm praying for a miracle for his cancer to be healed ... thank you 🙏🏻

i’ve been waiting to write this review because i wanted to give this clinic another chance. after being with dr ravi for a few months, i can comfortably say i am very dissatisfied. the knowledge just isn’t there, especially when dealing with a sick pet. every time dr ravi saw my pet, i had to come in with research i’ve done myself and he basically always just reiterated what i told him instead of giving me his own personal knowledge, but im bringing my pet in for HIS help, i felt disappointment every time when leaving this clinic. i took matters into my own hands and my pet is slowly but finally showing some progress in the hands of a different clinic and my own knowledge. chat gpt has been more helpful than this clinic ever has.

Helped us make a payment plan when our dog got a huge bump on her head and needed to be seen and get antibiotics. The staff here is so incredibly wonderful and understanding and helpful!

Rancho Pet Hospital is the only vet I will take my fur baby to. I always get an appointment when needed. They explain the treatment and all costs upfront; and never push services that are not needed. Staff is awesome.

Dr.Ravi and his staff are awesome. They were kind and compassionate with the difficult decision and the whole process of putting my awesome cat Truman down. It wasn’t an easy decision but it was the humane decision. I highly recommend them for your pet’s health needs.
