I would like to open with this: the staff at this store are all very helpful, super friendly, and generally just rock. I have zero complaints about the employees. Walking around the store, you might notice little bugs flying around. These are pantry moths. Twice, we purchased a big bag of dry dog food, only to find that the kibble inside was infested with pantry moth webbing and larvae. These little demons are notoriously difficult to get rid of once they find their way into your house. I adamantly advise against purchasing any dry food from this store; if you truly must, CHECK THE BAG BEFORE YOU LEAVE. It might very well lead to a very expensive infestation in your home. Took my dog in for grooming. Bethany did a great job. She took her time with my pup. He came home soft and clean... I recommend Bethany and Rich.. they do great work with grooming. Bethany takes a little extra effort and care so it doesn't stress my pup out. ❤️

For the most part it's great, the groomers were able to fit as a walk in for a nail grind. The rest of the female groomer other than the gentleman, seems sor to grumpy and tired or not happy to be on the shift. Which I understand considering it's a tiny space and they don't work for a grooming salon and have to have the dogs groomed quickly. It's the same here. 3,000 miles at another PetSmart. They did a horrible job with neighbors dog that I groomed and it was not a difficult group. So, I know if you u take them to pet smart don't expect a fancy perfect cut because the groomers are nto paid enough and are not given enough time. I think everyone working at a retail location in Sacramento must be grumpy and tired of being there. They all seem mad or sad or irritated and unhappy 😭. Conside
