Vetco Vaccination Clinic

It was a customer service mess from beginning to end. I did not need rabies but was put into a package with rabies raising cost by the first rep, second rep quoted me a new rate, did the vaccines, then I was given a receipt with 2 different prices for each dog that received the same service. Third rep brought a new receipt and raised both rates to match the higher cost because the 2nd rep price matched incorrectly. If I could afford to do vaccines at my normal vet I would, instead I put up with this disaster of a customer service nightmare.

I went in for a three year rabies vaccine and the vet gave my dog a one year. Called the customer service line they told me to call Petco and they had no idea who to call to make a complaint or get a refund

I booked online. Responded to texts. Waited in car no response. After 30 mins went in store with anxious pet. People were still ahead of me that weren't scheduled. After 10 mins inside waiting. Left. No help. No shots. And no communication from clinic. Now back to square 1!!!

I called and asked a question and they answered it very well. "Do you take walk ins ?" " I'm sorry not at this time we don't" "Ok thank you" "Your welcome,, can I help you with anything else" "No,I'm good bye" "Ok,bye"

It was quick easy and they treated my dog very well
