I do not recommend that place. They left my dog ​​devastated. My dog ​​arrived limping and walking sideways. She only wants to sleep and hide. And they cut her hair so badly. I don't understand how they can do this to animals. They kept her there for four hours, and only God knows what other rudeness they did to her.

I always find what I need at PetSmart. From their large array of toys and food to the live animals and any accessesory needed to care for an animal, including a full grooming service! A one stop pet shop where the staff is always nice.

The WORST customer service EVER! Appointment was at 8am and since store doesn’t open until 9, there is a bell to ring for appointments. Sat and rang the bell for 10 minutes watching the girl in the grooming salon dancing around with headphones on. Finally, someone came and let me in and the groomer tried telling me we would have to reschedule due to my lateness. I said No because I wasn’t late. I had to argue with her and point out that I saw her dancing around with her headphones before she agreed to complete the appointment. The appointment took 4 hours to complete and when I called to check why things were taking so long, she said well we have this much time because you checked him in late. Do not recommend them for grooming… I paid for the “Bath and Brush” package, I also added the Deluxe package. I didn’t receive half of the things that I paid for with those packages. My dog was super wet when I picked him up, still covered in hair, I dont think his nails were trimmed, his teeth were not brushed, he definitely didn’t have any cologne on, and sadly no bandana. Given he is a puppy and can be slightly hyper and not the best at sitting still. But that doesn’t excuse not providing half of the service that was paid for. I brought him home and brushed him myself and this is what I got off of him. I don’t think he was brushed AT ALL.

I love Pet Smart here in St. Cloud, I'm always in there getting things for my fish and guinea pigs, they always have the best selection of stuff for my little creatures! And a good variety of animals and fish! 10-10 always ALWAYS have a pleasant experience with everyone here! Staff is also always very friendly, helpful and independent!
