I have so much gratitude to this clinic. My cat needed care immediately for an eye injury. The clinic including the three that are in other locations I usually go to couldn’t get her in the day of. This clinic took my cat in as a drop off and gave her medical care she desperately needed. I appreciate you so much!! Thank you thank you

Some how my review got deleted. So I am making a new one. The first review said I would be contact by clinic. Nope gave me a years worth of MY pet records, no phone call nothing accept for records. Secondly the open up a second clinic. The one in Petsmart was supposed to be for emergency's, surgery's and procedures. Market place was supposed be regular checkups, and minor things. Then no explanation just all of sudden the petsmart closes. They NEVER answer their phones. What if it was a emergency and you were trying to get a hold of your vet? No professionalism and empathy for pet or pet parents.

I took my new dog in, and I let them aware that she is nervous and they were able to accommodate her needs to make her nice and comfortable. I definitely recommend them to others. They communicated on what plan would work the best for her. Photo for cuteness

Brought in my cat today, Im trying to get a health certificate for him since we’re moving to Europe soon. Our original vet was difficult to work with so I wanted to give Banfield a try. Im really glad I did! Dr. Kedrowski and her team were wonderful & took great care of my boy. I know the process of getting a certificate is a difficult & tedious process for any certified vet. So, I appreciate Dr. Kedrowski’s professionalism, being informative, her upbeat personality, being a great sport & being all around helpful with our situation in any way that she could. Thank you again Banfield, Dr. Kedrowski & team for giving us a wonderful experience & taking the time to help us today! <3

I love the competency, care, compassion, and friendliness of ALL the veterinarians and vet techs. When Perry was very ill, the entire staff was rooting for him to get better. I will not forget that! I also like the Pet Welness Plans that they offer. Some say that health plans are not worth it, but I have saved money using them. Banfield's hours of operation are great too. I had Dr. Ripple as my cats' veterinarian before she relocated to the Waite Park Banfield Hospital. I can vouch she is VERY competent and compassionate veterinarian.
