Nice people and they seem to care about the pets. I definitely won't be going back because this is the 4th time of buying giant mealworms that we opened them and 75% of them were black and or dried out. You can see through the container even. My husband mentioned a discount because they were almost all black and they ignored him. Even Petco will give you a discount. Also it was an issue to return the 2 unopened containers we had.

Everyone here is SO incredibly helpful and loving with my dog. The store is so well maintained and stocked. Good selection of everything!! My dog Eden had her first professional bath today by Arika and I think I was more scared than Eden. They were so incredibly helpful towards me as I was a ball of anxiety going in. Eden smells and looks super cute now. Love that I have found this little place and recommend it to everyone I meet❤️ Person with the Blue hair, I believe management? Is SO nice as well. Super informative about the products they carry and have good recommendations!! Arika even tossed a little scarf on Eden “Because it matched my hair” and that made me tear up a little bit it was so sweet❤️

Pet Supplies in Waite Park is one the BEST places to go if you have fur babies. The staff is exceptional Awsome and personal and they take the time to help where can. We bring our two fur babies here for grooming and bath time and they always come out happy and tails wagging.

It was so easy to order what I needed online and then pick up the next day at the store. A helpful team member carried out my order to my car and I was off in minutes.

I rated only one star due to the inappropriate care one of the snakes is receiving. Ball pythons require tropical climates, which they are not providing, and the snake is clearly suffering in the overly dry environment they have it in. I've brought this up multiple times to staff, and today they told me they are all aware the substrate/conditions are wrong, but that their hands are tied as corporate will not let them change it. My hopes is that with this review it gains some attention to help them change this. Staff, on the other hand are always kind, and extremely helpful. I love coming to this store for my dog food and self grooming station. I get exceptional service here. I just wish corporate would listen to customers/employees concerns about the care of the animals they house. The
