Vetco Vaccination Clinic

When I take my puppies to vetco Clinic, they always welcoming ,friendly. Warming, They make. My puppies feel comfortable and myself.

Once I finally got to the Vets, they were great even with my skittish rescue dog who is afraid of most people. The check-in person, however, was not so nice. I missed seeing the information stating that I needed to bring documentation of the rabies vaccination (her tag wasn't sufficient) so I had to check my phone to see if the documentation was there. I didn't want to hold up the line, so I went to my car with my very nervous dog and looked up the documentation. I found it within a couple of minutes and went right back inside. One person was being checked-in and one other person was in line. I cut in front of them letting them know I had already been there, but had to get something from my car and they said it was okay. I had an appointment and initially I had gotten there more than the 1

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They where great with my dog. She didn't cry or bark with fear.

They forgot to discharge me after I paid, so I waited one hour without my dog and they only realized they had forgotten about me when I asked them if there was an issue. Also, I asked them to send me my dog’s ultrasound results and they haven’t done so yet. For the amount of money I paid I was expecting a better service. On top of everything, my dog has a laceration in her nose and they didn’t notice even though I told them I thought I saw blood there: I realized by myself when going back home.

It was super easy and efficient!! Archie was very friendly at check in and the rest of the staff was great!!
