Exceptional service. The best vet I've seen in years. Showed exquisite care when handling my highly anxious cat. Fantastic communication as well. Explained everything he was doing every step of the way. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of a new vet.

We really appreciate spring Glen vet and they have been my dog cookies vet for a couple of years now. The office explains the pricing transparently and Dr Mags treats my dog with compassion and honesty. They are still our trusted vet despite us moving farther away. I Appreciate how this is a smaller, family run vet.

I have had dogs my whole life, and this clinic is one of the best I’ve been too, especially with my difficult dogs. I have a treeing walker hound and a super mutt (we think Bernese mountain dog and English setter). They are both pretty large dogs (the hound is about 50lbs and super mutt is over 80lbs). The walker hound (if you know hounds) is super loud, as their barks are meant to be heard for miles while hunting. Mine in particular (although very sweet) is a very anxious dog, and is extra loud, and extra excitable. This is the first time he had made it through an appointment without a vet coming to our house, and we were treated with an extreme level of compassion and care. I had to put my doggy down after a tumor which he had for a long time became more active and his poop became more and more bloody. I had held out for an a long time because I was struggling with this decision amd basically was waiting for him to pass naturally but Dr. Mags treated the situation with compassion, giving me all the options and assuring me that it was my decision whether I decided that day or wanted to wait a little longer. He reassured me that i was well within reason to proceed either way. I finally decided to put my beloved Benji to rest as his condition had been worsening for some time and he was not going to get any better. I felt this incredibly hard situation for anyone who loves his animal was handled with compassion and care and made my hard decision a little bit easi

We were excited our Chihuahua after 5 years finally got pregnant. We went to this vet for advice and direction. We walked away unprepared, and with no proper instruction. The vet failed to let us know that a Chihuahua usually needs a c section. As a result my dog almost lost her life and all four of her puppies died. The vet never even called to apologize. He was uneducated and couldn't care less. He didn't even encourage an ultra sound and told us one would be pointless. Don't go to this place if you care about your animals. Dr. Mag came off as dismissive, unprofessional and I walked away feeling as if he was a jerk. That's how he treated us.
