Arrived 10 minutes early as requested. No one there. Went to front desk after waiting. Told vet back momentarily. Returned to back of store told Person scheduled after me would go first as she was waiting. Explained what happened. Finally got dog vaccinated at least 15 minutes past scheduled time. Poor setup and poorer service.
Phoebe’s appointment was a breeze. The vet/techs were really friendly to me and the patient 😊. This was our second visit and couldn’t ask for a warmer welcome and care for Phoebe. Thank you!
Love having this at Petco! I brought my dog Dolly last week for vaccines. The Vetco staff is very helpful and nice to work with on your pet's needs and your concerns. Dolly gives it 2 🐾 up!
