Finger Lakes Animal Hospital

Phoebe & Dr. Kurtz are out of this world amazing. I have always been biased on this location being the best vet due to a previous situation with my mom’s pet so I knew when I acquired pets this place would be where they are seen. I even moved all the way to Rochester and I still refuse to find an alternative vet even though it is a 45 minute drive. They have yet to let me down! Even when my pup was having explosive diarrhea every hour. I did have to go to an emergency vet because the issue started on the weekend, but afterwards they took over and did so much more than the emergency vet ever did! They didn’t even make my pup come back in after her visit with the emergency vet and instead worked off the of the information from that visit. Which, my wallet thanks you for as well as Paisley si

I always feel that Ozzie is very well taken care of by all the staff and Doctors. I trust that they have his best interests at heart. They always do what is needed to keep my fur baby healthy. I love the Finger Lakes vet hospital and would recommend them to everyone I know.

The doctors and staff at Fingerelakes Animal Hospital are fantastic. They truly care about the animals and their ‘parents’. It is wonderful to have our babies so well cared for and for us to be kept updated about how the procedure went!

I've been taking my mini poodle here for almost 5 years, since she was a puppy. She loves both the Doctors, who are very good at what they do while being caring and compassionate. They listen and hear the pet owners... and the pets themselves.

Dr. Monachino is very thorough and follows through with reporting back lab results. She is especially wonderful with cats.
