I mentioned to Lynn that I hurt my knee to make sure the back door was unlocked. She was nice enough to offer and help me bring my dog in. She then helped take her back out. They can be pricey but the personal and consistent service is worth it.

Outstanding I have a pup that doesn’t just go to anyone and I told the groomer if she felt better with a muzzle it would be fine. My pup took to her like they were friends unbelievable. As for the muzzle she said that was a last resort. Unbelievable that groomer was amazing thank you very much.

Bad Dog Boutique is a joke with the price they charge for dog grooming. I have been bringing my dog here for at least 4 years but today is the last time. To have to pay $91.00 for a dog that doesn’t weigh anymore than 15 pounds is a joke. Plus that’s before the tip. What does this place think it is, like it’s made out of the best groomers around? Definitely not and definitely way over priced and never coming back. Thank you for taking me to the back room and bending me over and letting me have it.

Took my Yorkie Bichon mix here for the first time yesterday for a full grooming service. Rachel did an amazing job on his haircut, and Lynn was super helpful at the front desk. As evidenced by all the cuddles and pets I saw Chewie getting when I came to pick him up, these folks really love dogs!

We LOVE taking our doggie here for grooming. They’re always so sweet and loving with her - like she’s one of their own. We’ve had a few different groomers and they always listen to our requests. It seems like they might take notes about her past haircuts so it’s always consistent. I can’t hype up the atmosphere enough. There’s always just one or two dogs being groomed, so it’s never an overwhelming or stressful environment, and they’re always taking care to give the dogs love and comfort. I can’t imagine taking our girl anyplace else!! ❤️
