I brought my kitten in for her vaccinations and first exam, and the staff was incredibly courteous. The prices were very reasonable, and the veterinarian was extremely knowledgeable. The assistant was also so kind and gentle with my kitten. I really appreciated that they didn’t push anything unnecessary and took the time to explain the purpose of each vaccine. Highly recommend Vetco Total Care for your pets! 🐾💛

My sweet baby Ellie was supper sick and getting worse. I called Vetco and got an appointment that day. Dr Melendez and Monty the tech was so wonder and kind and prescribed the medication needed. Now Ellie is back to herself running Ang jumping. I can’t describe how thankful I am to Vetco and the wonderful care they gave me and Ellie. I highly recommend Vetco and am considering switching to Vetco for all Ellie’s care

This place was amazing taking care of my beautiful dog. The moment we walked in the front desk, Destiny greeted us very warmly. The vet tech Rhi Was very helpful, providing lots of information regarding his care and making sure we receive the best service. He was seen by Dr. James which made my Dog feel very safe and at the same time, he was so gentle and patient with him while giving him his shots. We will definitely be coming back

Great staff. They take very well care of my cat Kali. Also compared to other places the prices here are way cheaper than at a private location. Also very informative and helpful with all concerns I had.

I'm sorry to have to give this low rating again because the staff at Yonkers Petco/Vetco are very nice. However IT/email updates are unacceptable. I was told I would receive an email regarding my pets follow-up on 1/30/2026, and I have yet to receive it. If I would have known I would not received it, I would have requested a print-out while I was there. Yet, I received this survey. Another unfortunate miscommunication was when I signed up for the package deal.There is no clause about additional out of pocket expense of $60.00, when my pet receives her rabies shot. I read something entirely different on this print-out than what I heard at my in-house visit. If there was a special reason for having to pay additional for someone to administer the rabies shots, that should have been explained
